Through visual access is often obtained more Information than any other tools, so video technology increasingly occupies a more important position in the information society. However, the video data is massive data, it needs to provide a lot of storage space support, and large amounts of data stored is belong useless information. Based on event-triggered video acquisition and storage system has the feature of occuping small space storage and large valid information in data. And the system is small and low power consumption to meet some special monitoring requirements.A video acquisition and storage system based on event-triggere is designed and completed in this paper. Select STM32as the CPU and use optical signal as a trigger of video capture. Design of the system software and hardware, solder circuit boards to complete the circuit debugging, and complete the all system.The mainly work in this paper is:1. Design the overall system architecture. Select the new type embedded chip STM32F207VGT6as CPU, and using modular structure to design the system hardware circuit, and complete the PCB production.2. Design by using the SCCB bus protocol technology to achieve the transmission of video acquisition data, and by using the static storage technology of FSMC to complete the real-time video display on the LCD screen. 3. Complete the design and testing of the optical trigger module.4. By using SD card stores the video data, and through FatFS file system to realize the image information is deposited in BMP format.5. Complete the system hardware and software testing and debugging.Test results prove that the system is achieved to the expected designed.
