Design Of MDB And Its Application In Video Acquisition

Through the analysis of MDB`s existing research findings and unifying the physical demand of exploring video acquisition system to the core technology of MDB's system design, this paper completes the analysis and design of MDB system with video acquisition, and implements the development of the Video Monitoring MDB system which assembles with video acquisition, image analysis and knowledge mining.The paper starts with the analysis of the MDB system and its application in video image acquisition here and abroad, then clarifies the background and significance of MDB's application in video monitoring system, after that, it mainly analyses the features of MDB itself,which can help us to understand the objects of MDBMS, structural composition of MDBMS, essential of MDBMS`s managing objects and MDBMS's working principle etc.. Finally, it discusses the establishment of MDBMS and its application in video acquisition, focused on iconicity analysis of the realization of MDBMS and its key technologies with a sample, and the resulting problems.In the examples of the development project of the video monitoring system based on MDB technology, it conducts a detailed exposition of the practical work done in this paper. Based on the feature analysis, design of MDB and its application of theoretical knowledge fore cited, using Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server2005 this two software, develops a set of more complete system, and elaborates the design of several important modules, from two aspects of the hardware and software to perform the function of a simple MDB and successfully apply it in the video monitoring system.
