The normal operation of any electronic equipment requires energy supply,while the traditional wireless sensor nodes mostly rely on disposable batteries to solve the problem of energy supply.However,the disposable battery not only supplies limited energy,but also increases the maintenance cost of sensor network nodes in the later stage,and also has certain environmental pollution risks.This not only limits the working life of wireless sensor networks,but also does not comply with the requirements of green and sustainable development of the current society.Aiming at this problem,in order to solve the problem of energy supply in wireless sensor networks better,and facilitate its better service to the society.This paper based on the extensive investigation of RF energy acquisition equipment,then designed the hardware circuit of RF energy acquisition terminal with multi-level storage function,and the hardware circuit is fabricated,welded and debugged.Finally,it can support wireless sensor work,and the data parameter information of sensor node can be read in real time through the host computer.The specific research contents and contributions are as follows:First of all,this paper systematically analyzed the necessary hardware composition and architecture of RF energy acquisition terminal,and then designed the hardware circuit of RF energy acquisition terminal with multi-level storage function.According to the basic functional requirements of RF energy acquisition,the RF energy acquisition terminal is decomposed into several necessary modules,and designed the circuit schematic diagram independently The different design difficulties of antenna,energy storage and energy application mode are proposed.Secondly,in order to test whether the output voltage of the RF energy acquisition terminal is stable and practical,we use the RF energy acquisition terminal to supply power for the wireless sensor node,and built the wireless sensor node network data transmission platform.The wireless sensor node is controlled by PIC processor,including voltage regulator module,sensor module,communication module,and adopts Mi WiTMP2P as an information transmission protocol,finally realizes the real-time data transmission of wireless sensor.In the process of testing the RF energy acquisition terminal,we combined with Friis free space energy propagation formula,the energy receiving power of the system is summarized,and the overall performance of the system is tested,which provides theoretical reference for the commercial application of RF energy acquisition in the future.
