With the rapid development of economy and real estate industry, the demand forreal estate archival information grows quickly and real estate archival informationplays an increasingly important role in all aspects of social life. Second is to strengthen performance appraisal,mobilize enthusiasm for work and improve work efficiency. Thirdly, to improvedsound archival information system so that to improve service capabilities. The fourthpoint is to improve the way of working, to optimize workflow and improve workefficiency. The last but not least, to seek adequate funds and suggests that municipalgovernments should provide some financial subsidies.
