With the rapid development of economy and real estate industry, the demand forreal estate archival information grows quickly and real estate archival informationplays an increasingly important role in all aspects of social life. In such circumstances,the service of archival information for real estate registration Center in Q city haslagged far behind the needs of society. Therefore, the problems are highlighted out bythe poor service and management of real estate archive information institutions. Thispaper aims to analyze the causes of these problems, to point out the approaches thatimprove the capability of archival information service, in order to effetely support thegovernment macroeconomic policy-making, the supervision and regulation of the realestate market as well all aspects of society in Q city.Currently, the main problems lie the archival information services of real estateregistration center in Q city are as below: ineffective operation, Simple query mode,lack of human resource, shortage of funds, inadequate support for the whole society.In this paper, through the interviews, theoretical analysis and other metheds, it findsout the direct reasons that led to the problems in management and use of real estatearchival information in Q city. Firstly, the lack of human resource, such as lack ofwell educated and high-quality management and technical stuff; Secondly, problemson the operation and management methods; Thirdly, imperfect archival queryinformation system limiting the efficiency; fourthly, a serious shortage of fundsresulting in improvement activities fail. In addition, the indirect factors are: First of all,institutional issues. The existing system has failed to stimulate innovation andimprovement in real estate archives information. Secondly, the government policydoes not accurately address archival information on real estate, resulting inmismatching income and expenditure. Thirdly, there is no further study on thepotentialities of management mechanism and market operations.According to the in-depth analysis of causes of the archival informationproblems, this paper combines with filed research, comparative analysis andtheoretical analysis and proposes to improve the archival information service of real estate in Q city. In the first place, to enhance human resource, strengthen training andimprove the overall quality of staff. Second is to strengthen performance appraisal,mobilize enthusiasm for work and improve work efficiency. Thirdly, to improvedsound archival information system so that to improve service capabilities. The fourthpoint is to improve the way of working, to optimize workflow and improve workefficiency. The last but not least, to seek adequate funds and suggests that municipalgovernments should provide some financial subsidies.
