For a long time,the real estate industry has promoted the economic development of our country.China's Internet penetration will reach a new high in 2020.As the product of the combination of real estate industry and Internet technology,the real estate information service platform has gradually become an important tool for people to obtain real estate information.Today,however,there are some problems with the real estate information service platform.On the one hand,with the increase of business volume and the number of users,the application architecture of the current platform can not meet the nonfunctional requirements of performance,development efficiency,search engine optimization and so on.On the other hand,with the rapid change of online business in the real estate industry,the current platform can not meet all the functional needs of users.The purpose of this paper is to design and realize a real estate information service platform based on software engineering methodology,which can meet the functional and nonfunctional needs of today.Platform based on the real project of the enterprise,the author participated in the entire design and implementation process of the project.First of all,through demand analysis to determine the functional needs of the platform,the platform should support browsing real estate,search information,comments and other basic functions and reservations to buy a through train,testing the qualification of home purchase,middle marketing and other platform-specific functions;Then through the functional structure design,the platform is divided into real estate module,information module,activity module and other functional modules.Then it introduces the evolution process of the platform application architecture,analyzes the problems of low performance,poor search engine optimization and low development efficiency of the existing application architecture,and optimizes and transforms the existing application architecture of the platform from the aspects of micro-service,adding BFF(Backend For Frontend)service layer,isomorphic rendering,introducing agile infrastructure and public basic services,and obtaining a cloud-native architecture based on microservices and container technology.Then it introduces the data entity relationship,data physics model and database table of the platform.Then it introduces the static structure and core function of some business services and BFF services in detail,and the layout and function,logical processing,rendering and communication process of the front-end core pages.Finally,the test results of platform black box test,white box test,performance test and so on are introduced.The platform has been deployed online in the enterprise,and the functions are now functioning properly.The application architecture optimization scheme of the platform has a certain reference significance to some Internet enterprises.The platform facilitates real estate consumers to find and look for housing,enhances the sales performance of real estate institutions,improves the efficiency of operators,promotes the healthy development of the real estate industry and thus promotes the country's economic development.
