| Due to historical reasons,China's real estate is divided and managed by many departments,such as land,housing construction,agriculture,forestry.Although played a positive role in the specific historical period,this management mode caused many drawbacks along with the real estate management standardization,so unified registration of immovable property become represent the general trend.At present,the unified registration platform for real estate is based on the completion of the integration of real estate data,but massive real estate data had been established in each department with long term decentralized management.Because of its heterogeneity,conflict and so on,it is unrealistic to realize the unification and integration of data in a short time.During the transition period before the consolidation of real estate data,in response to accelerate the unified registration of real estate,this thesis has discussed the possible methods of real estate information sharing based on the analysis of real estate data,in order to make no effects on the daily management of real estate.A set of real estate information integration theory framework has been designed in view of the service oriented idea,and a prototype of real estate information service platform has been designed and developed based on this framework,and integrated testing has been carried out.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper has analyzed the contents and data of real property registration,and discusses the integration of real estate data.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of spatial database and spatial data service,this paper has analyzed the applicability of the service oriented integration mode to the real estate data integration.This paper has designed a set of theoretical framework of real estate information integration based on service oriented integration,and analyzed the technical characteristics,and made the framework as the basis for the design of real estate information service platform.(2)This paper has analyzed the demand of real estate information service platform,and designed the overall framework of the platform.A distributed platform deployment scheme for all kinds of real estate data distribution and functional structure of the real estate sector has been studied;A task based on parallel control scheme for multi user platform services has been researched;The storage scheme of distributed map tiles has been designed.(3)Key services of platform have been realized.Based on the OGC map service standard,the network map service and the slice map service has been achieved,and an efficient map network service model has been made to ensure the response rate of the map service.Also,this paper has achieved a unified authentication service based on distributed service deployment architecture,data management services based on the CXF framework,data search service based on solr.(4)Take the case of real estate data in Tongshan,Xuzhou,the paper has achieved a real estate information management system based on the front-end framework Openlayer3 by integrating the services of platform,such as map services,data management services and search service,to verify and test the reliability of the platform.The results show that the design scheme of integrated real estate information service platform is reasonable,and the related technology is feasible.It can achieve the purpose of sharing and managing the real estate data in various departments. |
