Through using the data mining technology to find the influential factors of customer potential consumption, it provides decision basis for the enterprise decision makers, so as to promote the professional degrees of enterprise, reduce the staff’s working intensity. To realize the standardization of the custom information management and scientific statistics,promote worker’s working effective and make system query more quick.This system through the role access control, ensure the safety of the system, and use object-oriented design method, make the system gets high portability and scalability.
