The traditional mining right evaluation work which depends on manual operationand experience experts has shown lots of obviously drawbacks, such as datamanagement disorder, difficulty review process, together with simple result summaryand few GIS function. By using WebGIS technology, transplanting GIS function intotraditional computer software, and to expand the functions will be a good complementto the traditional mining right evaluation. This paper mainly gives a introduction ofthe realization details and characteristic of Java EE architecture framework, Struts.Xframework, the object relation mapping framework, the persistence-layer frameworkHibernate3.x, the light-weight container framework Spring3.x,SpringMVC which isbased on MVC pattern, ArcSDE spatial database engine and database, ArcGIS Servermap service technology, WebGIS technology, Then the author describes the designpurposes and principles of the mining right expert audit system, technology road map,the design of database, system architecture, function module and other content. In thelast part of the article, the author summarized the work of this thesis, together with theprocess of work that has already be done by the author itself, as well as theinnovations and shortcomings of the article.In this dissertation, the author has developed an application software usingSpringMVC framework to management the background business logic, and whoseattribute together with spatial data was organized and managed by relational database,in addition, ArcGIS Server would provide map service as a map server, by usingcascading style sheets, JQuery and other web front technology to render and analyzethe front views, the main research work and results are as follows:(1)The reasonable management and organization of mining right evaluationcontent, and adopts streamlined review method, and the result of the diverse datamanagement means, greatly improve the efficiency of the mining project evaluation.(2)The system is based on MVC pattern, and a modular, multi-layer architectureof WebGIS system. Module between each other has a higher cohesion and lowercoupling which leads to a strong expansibility and portability of the system. (3)The system makes full use of network protocols and network bandwidth, thesimple operation is assigned to the client script language, the reasonably planning theof client and server-side business logic processing makes a user more easy operation.
