Web management system has been generally applied basing on the prompt development of the internet technology. However, traditional web management system hardly meets the enterprise's requirement due to the increasing expansion of the scale, employees and the equipments. CPS(Cyber Physical Systems) technique and life cycle system are applied to manage the equipments duly and accurately for the purpose on detecting the status, position and the environment, and therefore to analyze the information variation of the asset & equipment.CPS based mobile assets life cycle management system is a large solution mainly divided into 2 sections, namely front-end equipment information collecting and back-end information displaying. This article discusses the base-station information management system of the latter. Front-end utilizes CPS to monitor the equipments comprehensively and in real-time, while base-station management system applies with WebGIS to collect the geographic and the status information from the front-end which will bring its applications such as browse and edit into fact. It is better for administrator to analyze, edit and refresh the base-station data, and to improve the informationized management of base-station construction for the telecom companies. The GIS module of the base-station management system is developed basing on ESRI's ArcGIS. It affords map service via ArcGIS Server, provides map displaying, controlling via combining 'ArcGIS API for Flex' and ArcObjects, and utilizes ArcSDE with bottom database to save geographic information. Due to ArcGIS is able to display base-station information more directly and comprehensively as well as express thesurroundings more clearly, it is beneficial for telecom companies to develop a advisable strategy on the base-station construction.
