With the "three-dimensional rural work" carry forward steadily, and the continuous development of new countryside construction in recent years, China's agriculture is undergoing a fundamental change. Scientific production, digital office, network management add information services will be China's agricultural direction of development. With the development, agricultural information enter into the village project is highlight of eights people's livelihood projects in Shaanxi Province.Xi'an start construction agricultural information in 2008,Gaoling, Yanliang, Yanta and Lintong the four counties have taken the lead in achieving information service station 100% complete coverage currently.Gaoling County known as "Yellow soil land and sea" and Guanzhong "Cabbage heart", and was named national food safety demonstration counties. The county has 15 pollution-free agricultural production bases and 13 pollution-free agricultural products identified through the provincial currently. In this paper, analyses the specific circumstances of Gaoling County, by many measures:GIS, GPS, computer network communication technology, etc. integrated information on various types of agricultural resources, merged the data collection, entry editing, graphic display, query location, statistical analysis and decision support, completed agricultural resource management system. Gaoling county agricultural information network query system collect the village as a unit of the rural agricultural information comprehensively, is a comprehensive agricultural information network query system, including search documents, producing environmental assessment and agricultural suitability assessment.The contents of this thesis mainly in the following aspects:(1) Reviewed a large number of relevant literature and multimedia materials, fully discussed domestic and international agricultural development status,and agricultural data sharing is the center ideas in the thesis research.(2) Crop suitability assessment is the core of this theoretical study. The paper start from producing environment (soil, irrigation water environment) pollution factors restrictive requirements, evaluate origin quality of the environment and its suitability, and produce map of evaluation results.(3) The design and implementation of agricultural information network query system. Devise and implement agricultural information network query system of Gaoling based on ArcGIS Server,and devise graphic operation tools and commands fully take into account the needs of users, every tool include select features and search functions, they are so fast and easy. In addition, more in-depth study of attribute query,crop suitability evaluation, producing environmental quality evaluation, crop diseases and pest's expert advice module and agricultural standards document query function etc.
