It is the main channel of the source of high-level personnel archives, and it is also the driving force behind the development of the Archives.How to improve the quality of the Archives graduate education, so as to adapt to the requirements of the archives career, it is the commom issues of the University and Archives career. Therefore, it is great significance for the research of the archives education.With the development of China’s social, economic and Archives career, the contradiction between the Archives education and the demand of Archives talent has become increasingly prominent. Archives education must adapt to this change in order to usher in a new community development opportunities.
