The Design And Implementation Of Graduate Education Management System For Chongqing University

With the deepening of the reform of teaching system, the number of teaching staff of Chongqing is increasing, and the number of administrative tasks gets more. In addition, the reviewing of training plan data did not meet the requirements of the comprehensive and systematic data. There are still methods of manual work or computer aided during the process of the management. Which leaded to the lower efficiency and brought repetitive manual labor to the school administrators. So Chongqing University needs a new digital,networked,modern system to manage the school affairs.This article mainly expounds the process of the design and the implementation of the system. The graduate education management system for Chongqing adopts J2EE architecture and uses the object-oriented design ideas and struts as well as JSP to implement the coding of the system.The system realized the functions of curriculum management, training plan, training plan, arranging management, performance management. The curriculum management function includes curse query, creating new curse, export curse list, modify curse. The training plan includes training studying-students, training no-studying-students, training plan query and print. Cultivation plan includes the cultivation plan education college of adult, adult of institute, cultivation plan students for querying and printing, cultivation un-students for querying and printing. Specific course arranging management includes degree course management, non-degree students management, degree students arranging class, no-degree students arranging class, degree students class copying, no-degree students class copying, professional schedule inquiry, teacher’s teaching schedule, the graduate student curriculum function. Performance management function includes records input, course grade put in by college, majoring course put in, special grade manage, query grade according to class, deleting invalid scores, students’ scores painting, no-degree students scores painting, the name list for failed students, English scores painting. While the system is running, it can bring convenience and promote a closer relationship between teachers and students. Besides, the system can avoid the phenomenon of teacher’s not teaching or getting others to substitute, which decreases the loss of the school and improves the management efficiency and enhances the character of the school. The system makes the management of graduate student training on a new step.
