Design And Implementation Of Graduate Student Education Management Information System Based On C/S And B/S

The objective of the dissertation is to design one kind of graduate student education Management Information System (MIS), which will synthesize the advantages of C/S and B/S, combine the specific requirements of the graduate student education management, and could be applied in Intranet and Internet.Firstly one kind of graduate student education MIS is presented, which uses the structure of both C/S and B/S, and could be applied to LAN and WAN. Secondly, taking the development of graduate student education MIS of Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) as an example, the program design, system infrastructure, system security and realization techniques are discussed in detail. In the last, by considering the components of teaching of graduate student, educational administration and students' status in the MIS, the design principle and realization techniques as well as partial arithmetic realization of MIS are analyzed and illustrated.The system designed and realized can meet the fuctinal requirements of graduate student management essentially. It sets graduate studentadministrators free from the heavy routine work, then they can pay more attention to other important work such as the development of graduate students' diathesis. As a result, the work efficiency and management level are improved.
