Based On The SWOT Analysis Of Standards Of Archives Digitization Construction Research In China

With the accelerating pace of archives digitization work,digital work in play a "hide"and "with" function at the same time,the standard construction problem should arouse people's attention.This paper starts with the current situation of archives digitization standards,respectively discusses the digital archives management standards and business standards and technical standard,and summarizes the characteristics of all kinds of standards.Using the literature research,interdisciplinary study,SWOT analysis was carried out on the archives digitization standards,and come to the conclusion.First,Think S factors have:The hierarchy and species of digital standard are plentiful;standard setters are growing and standard procedures are open;attention to research of the standard;the power of adoption of international standards is to increase.Second,Think W factors have:There is something wrong with the nature,content and writing;architecture is not balanced and incomplete;to develop cycle is long;slow implementation of feedback and propaganda is not enough;there is a big gap in line with international standards;Thirdly,Think O factors have:Standardization reform promote the development of standards;archives community attaches great importance to the archives professionals;relevant laws and regulations to establish;archives information demand is increasing;to participate in the activities of the international standardization of archives is improving;archives of science and technology is making progress;Fourthly,Think T factors have:relevant laws and regulations are not sound;unbalanced economic development impact on archives consciousness;the improvement of quality of people;the development of modern technology brings challenges.The four strategies are put forward,First,SO strategy:Clarify the digitized standard system;the urgent demand drive the not urgent demand development;pay attention to the reference existing standards;to strengthen the construction of standardized talents;Second,WO strategy:Establish a archives digital standard framework;to build a digital standard system tables;simplify the process of the standard system revision;intensify international standards concerned;Thirdly,ST strategy:Encourage multi-sectoral to participate in the standard system revision;increase the capital investment;attaches Great importance to carry out pilot work;Fourthly,WT strategy:Perfect the system of laws and regulations;Intensify propaganda promotion.
