| With the construction of scholarly campus project of primary and middle schools in rural areas of Zhejiang province and standardized libraries in primary and middle schools in Wenzhou, traditional library management has become backward, thus, it is necessary to establish a fully functional and easy library management system suited to our actual conditions.The scholarly library management system for primary and middle schools in rural areas which is elaborated in this dissertation is based on C/S pattern. We use Visual Basic6.0programming language for system development and choose SQL Server2008as background database, which make this system has good practicability and extensibility. The system basically meets the requirement of information management of routine work in libraries of primary and middle schools in rural areas. It actualizes systematic function and achieves the goals of design, which improves high efficiency and acquires good economic benefit for management in libraries of primary and middle schools in rural areas.This dissertation introduces the current situation of development of library management system and the present domestic and overseas condition, then analyses its prime business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Based on these, this dissertation discusses overall functional structure, division of the system modules, and design of the system’s database and five modules including daily operation, data management, statistical analysis, printing and system configuration, especially elaborates the implementation of main system modules such as daily operation and data management. Then it points out the operation interface of the system. |
