Research And Analysis On The Statistical System Of Educational Technology Equipment In Primary And Middle Schools In Ningbo City

The statistics of the educational technology equipment for primary school is a routine and basic work of the Educational Technology Equipment Department. Accurate and timely statistics can objectively reflect the educational development level in a certain region. In this paper, I design and develop an educational technology equipment statistics system for primary schools in Ningbo according to the needs to the educational technology equipment statistics for primary school of the Ministry of education, the Provincial Department of education and the Educational Technology Equipment Department in Ningbo.The paper carried on the demand analysis to the statistics of the educational technology equipment for primary school in Ningbo including business requirement analysis, data requirement analysis, function and non-functional requirement analysis. Also I listed the transaction flow diagram, the data flow diagram and the IPO diagram and described the data dictionary. In the system design, I carried out the overall design and the module design and gave out functional block diagram of the overall system. Also I gave the functional block diagram; finally, the paper summarized the contents of the study and pointed out the shortage that the paper exists. It also discussed the next work that we are going to do.The statistics system of the educational technology equipment for primary school in Ningbo established on the basis of statistic is a unified and coordinated data management system. According to the actual local needs it includes the annual technical equipment integrated statistics of the primary and secondary education of The Ministry of Education and the endemic index not included in The Ministry of Education. It gives the visual presentation of the data and avoids the huge work of artificial statistical analysis. It reduces the error rate and improves the work efficiency.
