Ice slurry is also called binary ice which has solid-liquid two-phase solution of icecrystals particles. Ice slurry is widely used on the agriculture products freshness, theapplication of fishing ports and fishing boats, the ice storage air conditioning and the minecooling because of its better ice storage and small fluidity particles. The ice slurrytechnology is a new ice storage technology which has a vast application prospect. What ismore, it is the most potential and the most focused high-tech refrigeration and freshnesstechnology for the productivity and processing of fisheries.Nowadays, the level of automation fluidized ice preparation equipment is not still high,and it is mostly in manual or semi-automatic stage. As a result, we have to increase theproduction personnel, and what is worse, the production efficiency is limited to someextend. The main reasons are the high cost of equipment, the low stability of system, andthe low automatic control system. It is a tendency to develop the reliable running, highdegree of automation, and the popular price of the ice slurry equipment in the future. Weneed to analyze parameters in the process of ice slurry production in order to realize theautomation of ice slurry equipment. That is to say, we have to collect all the parametersand innovate the equipment.The issue builds a fluidized ice text-bed by studying the ice slurry technology. Itfocuses on researching the monitoring system of data acquisition of the ice the ice slurryequipment. At the same time, it develops the system based on King Viewò. The mainresults are as follows:1. Set up the fluidized ice text-bed, and propose the ice preparation convection systemto establish data collection monitoring systemAccording to the experiment requirements, we need to analyze the measurementcharacteristics of temperature, pressure and flow parameters. On this basis, further designof the flow of ice preparation system parameter acquisition program is necessary whichconsists of sensors, analog input module, communication systems conversion moduleshardware, data acquisition hardware platform. Thus we established a monitoring system2. Develop the fluidized ice equipment data acquisition monitoring system softwareIn the processing of flow ice preparation system parameters, more collectingparameters and the large amount of data generated by measurements are needed. Therefore,building an efficient data acquisition and monitoring system is extremely urgent. It ismainly develop for streaming data acquisition and ice monitoring system software to meet the requirements of the data acquisition system via a platform which based on industrialcontrol software configuration software in the secondary development.3. Innovate the structure of the flow of ice equipmentThe focus is to discuss the ice scraping fluidized which has irrational structure andoptimize the flow of the ice structure and function of the equipment.On the one hand, wedesigned a squeeze-type scraper blade scraper which greatly improved the efficiency of ice;on the other hand, we designed fluidized ice equipment cleaning device,which did good tothe extension of the flow of ice equipment.
