Research Of Pumping Station Supervisory System Based On State View Software Of Industry Automatization

Pumping station is the core dynamic facility of steelworks, and its run in gear is very important for assurance of product quality and safe producing. With the development of science and technology, the demand about pumping station is getting heavier, and it is very necessary to establish modern computer supervisory and management system.On the basis of research on pumping station in Changzhi Iron and Steel Limited Group Company and analysis and research on the basic capability of industry control computer PLC and state view software, this article adopt the systems analysis method to establish the frame of pumping station supervisory system based on "King View", and propose the project to develop the distributed control system of pumping station(IPC+PLC) using "King View" as supervisory software and Siemens S7-200 as hypogynous machine.Supervisory system runs on Windows98/NT/2000 , and connect PLC with long-range I/O using Profibus-DP. According to the spot situation, it provide appropriate type of CPU and extended module, and establish communication between PLC and database with the powerful Internet function and ODBC technology. The system has some important functions such as signal collection, trend analysis,forecast alarm analysis, assistant function, help system and so on. It can collect signal automatically from 6th pumping station of Changzhi Iron and Steel Limited Group Company, execute trend analysis about the supervisory parameter, forecast alarm, and print the parameter and data. So it fulfill the main need of user , and can be reused , extended and maintained easily.
