With the strengthening of people’s security awareness, safety inspection devices are widely used, security technologies have advanced extremely quickly, the backscatter, dual-view and other emerging technologies get attention and application in the X-ray baggage security inspection equipment. Thesis focuses on designing the data acquisition circuit of the dual-view baggage security inspection equipment, including hardware and programming the FPGA.Introduce the basic principle of X-ray transmission imaging, and on this basis, describes the structure and working principle of the common baggage inspection equipment, leads to the structure, the work processes and the data acquisition circuit of the dual-view baggage security inspection equipment. Hardware circuit can be divided into two part:detection board, acquisition and transmission board. Introduce three detection board design, to compare their advantages and disadvantages, considering a variety of factors, choose the discrete components detection board design and realization. Acquisition and transmission board includes signal conditioning, analog-to-digital conversion, and data transmission. The signal conditioning circuit uses a digital potentiometer to implement programmable gain, analog to digital conversion choses a more accurate, multi-channel chip, data transmission module choose the UDP network transmission,,And use the onboard memory to storage the working parameters. In the digital logic design, describe the detection module, digital potentiometer module, analog-to-digital conversion module, data transmission module, and introduce data organization and data transmission protocol.After testing and analysis, the gain of the data acquisition circuit is designed to achieve the targets, the data transmission rate is more than 24Mbps and transmission stability, the quality of the signal is well. Data acquisition circuit can meet the needs of the dual-view baggage security inspection equipment.
