Level monitoring is an important technology in the oil industry and whole industry and the operation of the quality and accuracy makes a direct impaction on the smooth and safe production process. Response level monitoring instruments for abnormal conditions timely and accurate with human intervention has far-reaching significance to production safety and increasing capacity.The topics is working based on mud level parameter value and the perspective of monitoring process which combined with ultrasonic distance measurement technology, integrated denoising algorithm, embedded control systems. The topics has a mud level monitoring system based on ultrasonic system and embedded system. Data acquisition system using ultrasonic distance sensor based on single chip and designed time acquisition and integrated peripheral circuits to ensure data accuracy effectively. Designing a comprehensive denoising algorithm integrated into the main system which combined with wavelet and median filter can suppress noises effectively. Embedded system development platform based on VS2008 and takes ActiveX technology and serial communication interface program to achieve the data transfer between board and external devices. The system has radio function to send production information to managers' cell phone and then they could master the production information by short messages. Besides, the system could custom kernel to achieve convenient power of the actual situation.This issue relates to ultrasonic distance measurement, wavelet filter and median filter denoising algorithm, embedded developer and so on. The main research of the topics are: research and development of a precision ultrasonic distance sensor, signal transmission circuit, the denoising algorithm based on wavelet filter and median filter, the embedded master system and serial communication program based on WinCE operation system, the wireless transmit module used to send production information and so on.The system achieved the level information's acquisition and processing of full operation of unmanned, which is greatly improved the process of industrialization of oil forecast areas. The system has a better social and economic benefits with putting into use and the value of social marketing.
