An article, entitled "Robot in Every Home", written by Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, was published in <> in January 2007. In this study, Gates predicted robots will be accessible to every family much like today's computers. He also had some ideas about the robotics technologies which are developing in much the same way that the computer technology did in the past. It could be easily noticed that robots are coming into the attentions as a fresh new term while familiar to people. As an industry, robotic has developed for over 50 years. Here it is for more concern placed on robots and the further knowing of its promotion for the economic development by technology innovation.A paper written on the theoretical research of Schumpeterism regarding the relationship between creative technology and economic long cycle has been an important influence on the government's policy regarding technological innovation. It analyses the process of innovation in robotics and the characteristics of development and growth in associated industries. It also describes the difference in robotics research and development between Japan and the United States. Docy and Freeman's technological innovation and creative diffusion theory observes that robotics has evolved from scratch and become a driving force in the process of many industries. On the other hand, it also looks at the possibilities of failure in this market as well as the influence of the government in the robotics industry, especially in Japan where there is much to promote innovation and encourage prosperity in robotics. In the first chapter, It briefly introduces the conception of robot's origin and development, looking back on the robot's meaning .Meanwhile it expounded some situation in Automatic Machinery Manufacturing before the modern robots appearance. He also gives an introduction of modern robot's basically technology and theory. The second chapter begins with the robotic technology to the formations of the early robotics industry and development in every step, Introduces robot's definition, classification, application and basis. In this case, he predicted the representative mode of robot's industry from the entire world. The third chapter begins with the formations of the early robotics industry as well as the reasons, both marketing and technology, behind its evolution into what it is today. It goes on to highlight the industry's growth potential and importance for the future. Also established rationality and feasibility of this paper. In the chapter four, it analyzed the reason which robot's technology and industry development in American, by the diffusion mechanism of technological innovation, this paper considers America's own development model robots. It reveals the situation which robotics innovation of technological under the social factors. He also has made a topic of robotics technological innovation diffusion to the United States' economy. The fifth chapter, according to Schumpeter's "Innovation Theory" and "Freeman and Peres", focuses on determining which branch of technological innovation robotics belongs to as its socio-economic role. This analysis mainly concentrates on technical systems created in robotics, where it plays an important role in technological economics succession. In this chapter, the theory of "market failure" in the technical innovation activities proves that the government intervene the innovation is reasonable through innovative activities themselves. On this basis, we conducted some adoption of polices and its effects after lag in technology. Focusing on the development of the Japanese robot industry as an instance, to survey the government of Japanese industrial policies has promoted the fundamental development in robot industry. And analyze the Japanese innovation system which has some factors make the positive impact on this industry. In this case, as the robot's industry for example, focus on technology Innovation and development as well as the importance in this industry.Meanwhile, under the further tendency it is very difficult for an industry to develop success applies technology and marketing itself. Government and other non-marketing factors make important role. Japanese robot industry as a good instance, to survey the government of Japanese industrial policies has promoted the fundamental development from a backward technology to be a leader country in robot industry. And analyze the Japanese government use the policies regulations, taxation system and Industrial base which have some factors make the positive impact on this industry. And expect robotics industry to a better and fast development in our country.
