ABSTRACT:As modern industry speedily develops, modern mechanical equipment is more and more important in production. Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for mechanical equipment has research significance and economic value, because it ensures the safe operation of machines. As the terminal device of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, the importance of data acquisition and analysis system should not be ignored. Based on the study of development status in domestic and foreign data acquisition and analysis system, this paper puts forward a kind of data acquisition and analysis system for equipment monitoring which based on embedded technology, and carries on the research and design on the system. The main tasks of this paper are as follows.Firstly, Based on the analysis of numerical control machine vibration features, the paper proposes the functional requirements of the embedded data acquisition and analysis system, and determines the overall framework of system according to the requirements.Secondly, the paper elaborates on the software and hardware structure of the embedded data acquisition and analysis system. Both the hardware and the software design are based on modularization. The hardware consists of three main sub-modules, namely core control module, data acquisition module, and data communication module. The software consists of four parts, namely acquisition display module, data management module, signal analysis module, and system setup module.Thirdly, by researching and analyzing commonly-used methods of signal processing and fault diagnosing, the paper uses computer language to realize various preprocessing analysis algorithm for the acquired signals as well as analysis algorithm of time-frequency domain for the vibrating signals in the research system. In addition, the paper also designs experiments to test and verify the conducted algorithms.The embedded data acquisition and analysis system for equipment monitoring which is designed and developed in this paper has many advantages such as portable, accurate data collection, rich analysis functions, friendly man-machine interface and strong commonality. It can satisfy the enterprise demand of regular circuit condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for equipment, and real play the advantages of routing inspection.
