Aiming at the shortcomings of fault diagnosis and high cost in the current domestic grain monitoring system,this paper proposes a grain data monitoring system combining ARM embedded technology,Web technology and fault diagnosis technology.The article deeply analyzes the key technologies needed for grain information collection and data release from the hardware platform and software design,and combines the analysis results to develop the monitoring system.In terms of system hardware,the system uses the ARM9 architecture processor as the core to build the hardware platform,and the E09-M1110A acts as the wireless communication device for transmitting information between the sensor and the system main control module.The sensors in the field use DS18B20,AM2301,and MH-Z14 respectively detect the temperature,humidity and carbon dioxide concentration,and transmit the data to the wireless communication device through UART and single bus.Finally,The wireless communication device completes the wireless transmission of data through the SimpliciTI protocol,so that the ARM9 core control module obtains the grain data from the scene and issues it.In terms of software design,the article builds the required embedded system platform according to the software operation requirements,realizes Linux kernel porting,bootloader porting,file system deployment,etc.The embedded system platform uses Boa as the server to realize the system B/S data.The release mode,on the basis of the relevant functions in the CGIC library,completes the design of the server web page of the grain data monitoring system and the efficient SQLite database query directory.In order to further improve the reliability of the system itself,this paper develops a fault diagnosis algorithm based on neighbor node data,which is used to diagnose sensor faults.The fault injection method is used to verify that the algorithm is feasible and effective.This diagnostic module has been applied to the grain data monitoring system.
