Due to the rapid development of embedded technologies, developing interlligentized mechanical equipments with self-monitoring ability is becoming one of the most attractive research topics. On the basis of requirement analysis for Embedded Condition Monitoring System, the architecture of long-distance condition monitor system and key issues in software realization based on MiniGUI and embedded Linux are studied in this paper.Based on the requirement analysis to the embedded condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system in virtue of structuring analysis tools of software engineering, a gross architecture is given in the paper. With the Master/Slave framework constructed by the advanced embedded operating system(OS), embedded industrial computer and digital signal processor (DSP) technology, concurrent execution among data acquisition, data processing communication and graphical monitoring is realized easily, and the real-time ability and reliability are improved also. Moreover, the B/S structure is adopted in the system to provide a work site for long-distance condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. The developing mode on embedded Linux system and graphics user interface support system——MiniGUI is discussed in the paper, including customization of Linux OS, transplant of MiniGUI, development technology of application software based on embedded Linux and MiniGUI. Graphical monitoring software based on MiniGUI under customized Linux OS is developed. The modulization method is applied in the software design, with the network support, the remote maintenance and upgrade function can be achieded. The designed system is open-structure, transplantable and universal with high flexibility. |
