Study Of The Condition Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis Of Equipment By LabVIEW

In modern industrial technology, it is very important to supervise the stateof equipments by real time, and diagnose the failure quickly with the developmentof automation, intellectualized, large scale and of equipment. With thedevelopment of computer and software technique, virtual instrument becomedevelopment direction in measurement field, vibration measurement andanalysis based on virtual instrument has become the trend of vibration test.First, it introduces the theory,meaning and development status of thecondition monitoring and fault diagnosis in my thesis. Then, with the studyof condition monitoring and fault diagnosis , author use LabVIEW software byAmerica National Instrument as development software, and cooperate essentialsensor, signal conditioner and data acquisition card. The system can controldata acquisition, processing and display in computer. It has the characteristicof high speed,high procession and low price, and is good interview,simpleoperation,good expansibility and easy to develop.The paper designed signal monitor and the diagnosis system in view of thevibration by actual situation. By the signal analysis, it used fast Fourier totransform,module of correlation function, power spectrum and so on to processgathering signal, and obtained ideal the profile, then tested various functionsmodule of the system.
