The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology has won more and moreattention,and become an important tool and key technology to ensure the productionsystem running safely,thus it can effectively curb the fault loss and equipmentmaintenance costs. Taking the above into account,developing a vibration measuringinstrument has a significance.According to present research situation and developing trend of the conditionmonitoring and fault diagnosis,this paper mainly introduces the development of theapplication of a portable data acquisition analyzer consisted of data acquisition,signalanalysis and data management in Qt/Embedded environments.The application is wellintegrated with the host computer software. In order to share the sampled data withthe remote server,the application supports the paths download and samples upload.Compared with the similar products at home and abroad,the embedded applicationhas the following innovations:Real-time alarm and characteristic frequency alarm,itwill alarm when signal exceeds the set threshold;Automatic calculation of statisticalparameters in time domain,to facilitate the time-domain statistical analysis;PowerfulUSB and network transmission;Geometric scaling of signal curve;Supporting themouse operation.In order to verify the correctness of each module of the embedded application,inlaboratory environment.The signal acquisition function can be verified by a series ofstandard signal caused by a vibration table.Through the contrast with Matlab,thesignal analysis function is also verified. |
