On-line condition monitoring and remote fault diagnosis technology at home and abroad in recent years obtained the very big development;it is an important guarantee of equipment reliable operation for a long time.With the development and the progress of science and technology,mechanical equipment and automation intelligent device is more and more complicated,which makes the equipment on-line condition monitoring and remote fault diagnosis technology is becoming more and more important,and remote fault diagnosis technology is not only reflected in online,and also more professional on diagnosis,gradually divided into mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis technology of fault diagnosis.The development of computer and network technologies make on-line condition monitoring and remote fault diagnosis technology in the Internet network of rapid development,for the traditional equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology gives a new meaning.People are no longer limited by distance,as long as the conditional on the Internet,can at any time to check the equipment running status;Can failure data through Ethernet is passed to the maintenance system can get the diagnosis,so as to realize data transmission on Ethernet in lieu of personnel geographically,but also to the latest monitoring diagnosis theory and technology applied to practical production.To build an online monitoring and remote fault diagnosis test platform is for online monitoring of all kinds of equipment and the basis of the remote fault diagnosis product development work,fault diagnosis method,the parameters of each product is different but its framework and theoretical basis are the same.In this paper,we study the structures,on-line monitoring and data acquisition system of remote fault diagnosis system design,mainly on Altera FPGA chip design of data acquisition system.This paper analyzes the composition of on-line monitoring system framework,data management plan and specific implementation plan.Respectively for mechanical fault mechanism and its extract fault features and reasoning,and discusses the realization of the fault diagnosis method based on the Internet,so as to realize the specific products to build.
