Design And Implementation Of A Multi Project Collaborative Management System For An Enterprise

With the rapid development of computer and network system and project management technology,more and more enterprises and organizations in promoting the project management theory and management mode in the internal,and pay attention to the implementation of multi project management system for the enterprise to save a lot of resources and wealth.Firstly,this paper discusses the concept,present situation and development trend of multi project management system,and through project management,three-tier architecture,J2EE and UML modeling,software engineering research and analysis,designing a number of characteristics with enterprise project management platform.This system takes the multi project management as the research object,and combined with the actual management of the enterprise,the module needs and the business process to complete the design and realization.We have carried out detailed requirements analysis,design and implementation of five key modules of the plan management,resource management,communication management,expense management,user management.Each functional module is the core of the plan management,through the unified management of enterprise resources,the overall control,the business flow,information flow in the process of project management,workflow and each participation units,departments,integration of multiple directions,comprehensive,integrated,real-time,real enterprise project management,finally realizes the whole life cycle of enterprise project management platform.System through multiple management functions of project management platform,based on the information of the collection,sorting and sedimentation provide the basis for enterprises to choose strategic project,reasonable allocate resources for enterprises.Based on best practices for enterprise project to ensure the project team's rapid growth,ensure timely achievement of strategic objectives,in their efforts to ensure the success of multiple projects at the same time,improve planning,information sharing,collaboration,network management capabilities.
