| To support normalizing the operational expenses, strict controlling and deducting administrative management budget in state-owned enterprises, Chengming telecommunication service company proposed to develop the integrated collecting and committing system of the business expense management system. This thesis discusses an integrated management system from business expenses budget to payment and balancing accounts, which design and implementation is presented in this thesis from the view of software engineering.This system focuses on the following functions of operational expense plan transaction processing, payment transaction processing, business card small-amount payment processing and auditing function. In system design, it divides different sub-systems according to different types of business affairs expense plans, such as direct payment processing, authorized payment processing, specific budget payment processing and budget plan auditing, etc. The above designs are reflected onto the multiple software structures in which business expenses plan and payment enquiry/processing is mapped to graphic view layer, expense payment plan and processing is mapped to the middle transaction processing layer and data management in business expenses reimbursement tests.This system is developed by C#,.NET middleware platform and SQL Server 2012. The C# programs are constructed to implement computation intensive processes such as budget management while the SQL storage routines are constructed to implemented data intensive tasks such as account recording and expense statistics. This system has almost been finished test run and technical checkout. The system is not only realizes its developing target, but also apparently improves government financial funds' payment normalization, supervision efficiency and information accuracy, integrity and promptness, strongly supports the enterprise's general objectives in business expense management. |
