| Many characteristics of seamless stainless steel pipes,which are complex production process and long production cycle. For a lager seamless stainless steel pipe company,which design with an annual output of50000tons and diameter span from25mm to350mm,it’s very difficult to track the production logistics management by artificial way entirely. To meet the needs of the information age, ensuring production logistics manage accurately and efficiently,production logistics management system comes out. Production logistics management system not only realizes entire production cycle manage more finely and hyalinizing of the seamless steel pipe,but also improve circulation efficiency, compression of the circulation cost, save the occupation of funds. In addition,thia offer the users, a great convenience. In this paper, we research on the design of radio frequency identification Production Logistics Management System.(1) Using the UML to analyse the business requirements,which is based on the actual production situation, gives out the system functional requirements and performance requirements.(2) Studing on the overall design of the seamless steel pipe production logistics management system based on radio frequency identification technology. This paper designs the entire production process from receiving raw material to production get and leave production line by radio frequency identification technology.(3) According to the system design, This paper completed the system development and testing, and test results and conclusions are given. At the same time, this paper discussed the system network design, installation and deployment.RFID with convenient and efficient becomes the focus of attention of the industry. Applicated Radio frequency identification to the Production Logistics Management System, has broad application prospects.It provides a new way to realize intelligently entire production line of production logistics tracking in low cost. |
