With the continuous development of social economy and under the trend of thedevelopment of automation and informationization, manufacturing in Chinaconstantly improve and progress. However, our manufacturing industry still exists theproblem, such as, informationization foundation weakness, the low productionefficiency and production benefits.Gearbox enterprise is the discrete manufacturing enterprise that mainly assemparts and components. Gearbox has complicated production environment, productionprocess and difficult site management, and manufacturing process of product mostlycontains of the thousands of parts. So, in order to ensure the orderly conduct of eachproduction link, the workshops need the more real-time and accurate material pullsystem, otherwise, the problem of spare parts supply is likely to stop the wholeproduction line and affect the entire production process. So, it is the core part ofworkshop assembly process for effective management and use. But, the features ofmaterial size, variety and irregular shape are always unable to obtain real-timeinformation of material. This paper puts forward a new plan to solve the problem thatassembly link cannot collect real-time material information. Designing the intelligentinformation acquisition card and using the RFID technology realizes to collect thematerial information, at the same time, designing kanban and LED lights and otherequipments help collect materials information and standardizing picking process. Atlast, integrating all material information solves the problem of the fault to the uppermanagement and the underlying information.First of all, through the analysis and study the application of RFID technology inthe manufacturing industry at home and abroad, summary of the usage mode andlimited factors of RFID technology in specific areas and according to thecharacteristics and the existing problems of the enterprise, this paper proposes a new solution: designing the intelligent information acquisition card and using the RFIDtechnology realizes to collect the material information, and analysis and research ofkey technology used in the plan. Secondly, the use of RFID technology changes thegearbox enterprise assembly line material collaboration mechanisms, and puttingforward the management thinking that using pull inventory management changes thelocation warehouse and standardizes business processes and the picking process.Designing visualization equipments such as kanban, alarm and LED indicator lighthelp collect material information and realize the warehouse management. At the sametime, presenting the matching algorithm achieves the effective management ofimportant parts information. At the end, from the perspective of business executionlayer, based on RFID technology the paper designs scheme overall architecture andsystem function module and using ZigBee technology to realize the informationtransfer between the underlying auxiliary equipment and the controller. Integration ofthe underlying device information prevents the fault between upper management andthe underlying information and main operating interface is presented, whichdemonstrates the validity and feasibility of the scheme.The successful application of RFID technology in a gearbox, in the assemblymanufacturing, in order to solve the problem that being unable to obtain real-timecomplex material information, this paper provides the reference solution.
