In the manufacturing process of machinery manufacturing enterprises need a wide variety of materials and parts, It’s very important to ensure the continuous and balanced production process of all kinds of materials required for proper quality and timely supply.Enterprise’s inventory information, material use information, production and processing information is a real reflection of the status of the material and production process, accurate and effective data can make management to know the stock information and the progress of the production plan.ERP system as the enterprise application management software can be integrated management of logistics, capital flow and information flow, is a comprehensive and systematic management platform for enterprises to provide decision-making, planning, control.This paper, through analysis of the ERP system and RFID technology, using the advantage of RFID data collection, make up the defects of ERP in data collection and input, provides real-time and accurate material production data for the ERP system, make the planning and management of the ERP system is more accurate and efficient, so reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency for the machinery manufacturing enterprises.In this paper, analyzed the material management business in the current mechanical manufacturing enterprises, summarize some problems in the material management, and put forward the idea of material management based on ERP and RFID. By analyzing the integration mode and implementation method of RFID and ERP system, proposed the overall framework of the material management scheme based on RFID and ERP, and researched the material management business process. Finally, through the application of enterprise material management, illustrate the application of the scheme, and analyzes its effect.
