Design And Implementation Of Medium And Small Enterprise’s Master Production Schedule Management System

In the socialist market economy, rapid development of Modern Computer Technology and Information&Network Technology enables the business conditions to occur ultimate changes, such as the customer demand changing, the technical innovation accelerating, the product life cycle reducing and so on. Although these factors affected the enterprise’s survival and further development, it is all that stimulated the development of the ERP system. While there are many problems, for example, the price is expensive, and the system is very big, and the function is numerous, and the period of putting the system into practice is very long. There are a good many Medium and Small Enterprises in China, because of their restriction, using the ERP on the market could be the "image of market and building in mirage". So it is the imperative problem needing to resolve successfully tapping ERP for the Medium and Small Enterprise during economic development of our country.The research purpose of this paper is to develop the ERP system for the Medium and Small Enterprise, and realize the subsystem of Manufacturing Resource Plaing for the main content, design and implement Master Production Schedule (MPS) management system for Medium and Small Enterprise. The paper briefly introduces the relevant theory about the ERP, the MRP II and the MPS. It focus on Browser/Server mode used by MPS management system based on J2EE, and other web development technologies, such as JSP, Spring, Hibernate, CSS. Besides, this paper makes a deedly analysis on the key technologies used in the system’s development and implement, such as technologies of database connection pool, ajax and load balancing.The MPS management system introduced in this paper is the core of MRP II system, whose main functions include:authentication, notice management, conference management, worklog management, base data management, plan making, information query, plan maintenance and system management. It provides an efficient platform for information management and internal communications of one enterprise.
