| Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the key technology of realizing the informational integration and optimization of manufacturing enterprise, but nowadays the ERP software development field exists some problems such as long cycle of software development, low reconfiguration of the software system and imperfect optimal algorithm. In order to solve these problems effectively, the architecture of ERP based on Web Services is suggested, and its key technologies are studied. This paper's primary contents and study achievements are as follows:1.The development history, current situation and prospect of ERP system are discussed, and the existing problems of traditional ERP system are analyzed,then the definition and the structure of ERP system are introduced in detail. At the last, the architecture of ERP system based on Web Services has been suggested, which is the solution of the problems mentioned above.2.The data in Decision Support System of ERP system are mess and inconsistent, and the ability of data processing is bad, and so on. So Business Intelligence is suggested to solve the disadvantages mentioned above, and an implementation is given to realize the sales forecast.3.In this paper, the disadvantages and advantages of common BOM structures are analyzed, and a new B0M structure is suggested and the algorithm is implemented as store procedure. In the meantime, the improved algorithm of Capacity Requirement Planning is suggested. It used the maximal elimination to find the best routing, and it can balance the capacity and load. Not only the delivery date but also the capacity of work center has been taken into consideration, and manufacturing cost has been cut down, making the right delivery date of the product.4.On the basis of software structure of ERP based on the Web Services, the pascal language is used to design and develop the prototype system based on Web Services, and the functions of this ERP system are analyzed and introduced simply. |
