At present,in the face of various kinds of food,complex relations between production and sales,the sales market with a large amount of information,how to make consumers to eat safe food,especially when the food safety crisis,how to make the government supervision department,production enterprises,consumers and other parties quickly get all kinds of important information over every link of production and sales,in order to control the spread of the crisis more effectively,reduce the loss of enterprise and ensure the life safety and health of consumers is an important link,and is also the key issue to be addressed in this paper.Therefore,On the basis of advanced technology such as Internet of Things,information technology and mobile Internet technology,we could collect detailed information in the process of food production,processing and distribution,and establish the tracing platform of food information,which become an important measure to improve food safety and solve market supervision problem,and generally well received by the consumer and excellent production enterprises.This article takes the fresh pork products for example,which have a long product chain,large consumer market and affect people lives widely,makes deep study on the demand characteristics of the main parts(including:breeding,slaughtering,processing,transportation,warehousing,distribution sales),which could affect the quality of the agriculture and animal products throughout the product supply chain,collects various information timely and accurately into the system with the barcode technology in Internet of Things,radio frequency identification(RFID),mobile computing and intelligent video to realize a positive track the product information.Then we provide reversing the product information back for our customers and regulators by two-dimensional code scanning and online inquiry,etc.The system uses SOA architecture and B/S structure in the design,allowing the system to get efficient use of data and leaving space for future business expansion.The quality of pork tracing system established could provide accurate and rich source of information for food manufacturers,regulators,consumers,etc.;provide support for us to achieve food security and effective market surveillance;and make reference to the design and implementation of food quality tracing system for agricultural and livestock companies,food companies and logistics enterprises.
