Design And Implementation Of Food Safety Traceability System For Asia Group

Hunger breeds discontentment, food safety is the first. With the continuous development of China’s socialist economy, food safety has become the focus of the attention. In recent years, although China promulgated many laws and regulations on food safety, food safety accidents occur frequently. At present, these food safety problems are mainly lack of market integrity, and the consumers are unable to identify the health food. Therefore, to establish complete, effective food safety traceability system from the production, processing, storage and transportation is greatly significant.Shanghai Asia food (Group) Corporation is a state-owned authorized asset, which specialized in food market operation and management, including the food market, supermarket, old food and other operation. So far, the company is the only one which got the title of "market service brand" and plays a great role on the market of Shanghai. Based on the research and application trends of domestic and foreign food safety traceability system, combined with the actual situation of Shanghai Asia food group, we designed a system from EAN·UCC system using for signing individual food, middleware model, to RFID (radio frequency identification) and other automatic identification technology for automatic identification, automatic acquisition of individual food information data, and automatic input computer, finally, corresponding database were established. This system aims to provide a powerful tool for the consumers, to build a effective communication of links in the process, to reduce the complicated process and improve the efficiency and to control and analyze the food effectively.In conclusion, we summarized the system and proposed the existing problems and the solution.
