The Build And Application Research Of Management Innovation Mode In Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry Based On The Lean Six Sigma

After 30 years of reform and opening up,china has surged ahead as a manufacturing power.However,with the development of the market,technology innovation and increasingly intense international competitiveness,the electronic information manufacturing industry is facing increasingly competitive pressures.The cost of production is increasing,the selling profit is decreasing,the pressure of low-carbon production is increasing,and the management is lacking of innovation,which make the development of enterprises go through a bottleneck period.Nowadays,what enterprises are concerning is how to change this dilemma to realize sustainable development of high efficiency,high quality,low cost and low consumption of resources.Based on the Lean Six Sigma,with the research and analysis of electronic information manufacturing industry's status,characteristics and problems,this paper builds new mode of management innovation from five aspects of mode of management innovation-concept,principle,propelling system,operating system,implementing method and tools.Besides,with process analysis and mathematical statistics,it details the practical application process of this innovation system in T Company,analyzes the benefits after the improvement,and demonstrates the operability and applicability of the mode of management innovation.This paper proposes that the mode of management innovation should be built according to the actual situation of enterprises,propelling system and operating system of management innovation should be built with the attention and support of senior leaders,and top-down cross-functional management innovation should be carried out.This mode takes quality and speed into consideration,and pays attention to efficiency and cost.It can help enterprises to quickly fulfill the requirements of clients,reduce production cost,improve production efficiency and product quality,and to achieve competitive advantages.Meanwhile,it provides application guide for manufacturing enterprises of the same type to realize effective production and sustainable development.
