A Study Of Information-Based Scheme Of Business Process For IC Manufacturing

IC manufacturing is a new high-tech manufacturing as well as an important industry of national economy. With the development of the IC manufacturing technology, the IC companies have to consider how to manage the whole operation of these high-tech and high-precision companies. IC manufacturing has a high demand on the enterprise information system and hopes to improve the management via information system. Among lots of enterprise information system, SAP system has the most advantage and process-oriented design. Due to its strong and flexible standard configuration it can meet the requirements of most specific industries. The purpose of this thesis is to meet the requirements of IC industry including purchase and sales, production planning and material management through SAP powerful function.This thesis not only analyzes IC manufacturing industry character and business process deeply and widely, but also designs and optimizes the key business process model. Based on this, it discusses how to realize such information-based IC manufacturing scheme. The final result shows that by implementing information system we can integrate all kinds of resource, optimize the business process, improve operation efficiency and increase economic benefit. It helps a lot in enhancing the ability of fast reflect to market requirement and environment change.In conclusion, the use of SAP ERP business process module design and the information-based scheme of business process for IC manufacturing have advanced and great application value among domestic enterprise in common.
