Along with the technology of informationization is widely used, as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) has played an important role in production and management activities. As the result of the fiercer industry competition, enterprises have to pursue greater produce ability and production efficiency. This has caused thay enterprises not just focused on the implementation of the planning results, but paid more attention to the execution of production planning and various resources state in workshop.According to the situation of current domestic aviation enterprise discrete manufacturing workshop, based on the requirements analysis of enterprises manufacturing workshop production and management situation, this paper presents the workshop product tracking and information feedback model and manufacturing process tracking and management system for aviation manufacturing industry. By using the RF devices, touch I/O devices and developing touch system for information collecting, a workshop information collection network is established, to realize tracking and controling the various of objects in workshop, such as worker, equipment, materials and tools etc. By designing and developing touch information feedback function and problem real-time warning function, a problem feedback system is established, to realize problem quick feedback and real-time warning.A detailed investigation and analysis on NC machining workshop of a aviation enterprise, using structured modeling method, function models of this system and subsystems are established by IDEF0 modeling tools. By IDEF1X modeling tools, the system information models are established. By using those models, the database system are established.In J2EE technology framework, using Java, JSP, XML technology etc, a B/S model WEB system is established. Combined with Beijing HUXI company’s ABP flexible configurable rapid development platform, some basic information pages are developed, finally a prototype system is established.This paper presents a new mode of tracking production process and feedbacking production information for aviation enterprise. This mode will greatly improve the ability of controlling the production status in workshop; Otherwise this paper proposes a problem quick reaction mechanism in workshop, that will greatly improve the efficiency of solving the emergencies in workshop. All of this can improve production and management level of aviation enterprise.
