Information Management System For Mold Manufacturing Process Research And Development

The information age is coming rapidly nowadays, it has become the main trend of the die & mould manufacturing pursuing the development, that upgrading the modernization management level of the die & mould enterprises, and enhancing the competition capacity with the information technology. Aiming at the present status about the information management of the die & mould enterprises, based on the in-depth analysis to the characteristics of the manufacturing process about the die & mould, the information management system for the manufacturing process of the die & mould is studied and developed.During the course of developing the system, according to the stability and applicability etc, the system structure about the Browser/Server is adopted, which makes the client end simple, the expansibility right and maintenance easy. Therefore, the system can respond to the clients'request fleetly. Simultaneity, the JSP technology and JavaScript technology are used, which makes the system interface friendly, the operation easy, and that can write once, run anywhere.For ensuring the veracity and consistency of the system data, based on the definitude to the die & mould production flow having the function modeling to the particular activities about the die & mould enterprises, the system information model is constructed with the E-R fig, which embodys the flow and meaning of the whole manufacturing process about the die & mould, and can guarantee the veracity and consistency of the data.In order to pledge the security of the data and the facility of the data that the users have gotten , the basic data management subsysetm, the information query subsystem etc are constructed, the effective management to the information which is generated during the whole manufacturing process is achieved, the manufacturing process includes making process, arranging plan, machining and assemblage, the trialing adjusting etc. What's more, aiming at the demand of the system function, the key technology and methods to the system realization are studied and had a flexible use, such as the JavaBean, JDBC, and Database technology etc.In the end, the used methods and process about the system are presented with instances. The information query and management accord with the management model of the die & mould enterprises and the characteristics of the manufacturing process completely, furthermore, it can be actualized easily economizing time and charge. Therefore, the system can boost the information integration in effect, upgrade the information technology management level of the die & mould enterprises.
