Research On The Project Scheduling And Controlling Of HT Profession Education Information Administrative System

In the process of a soft project, planning and controlling the project schedule is animportant task. In this paper, considering the HT profession education informationadministrative system as a research object, we investigate the whole process of projectschedule and control for improving the management of the project and enhancing economicefficiency with the theoretical and practical significance.Firstly we introduce the overall situation of HT profession education informationadministrative system, the project organization, and the rules and regulations setup. Based onthe analysis of every task of the different stages of project, we get the schedule system of theproject. Secondly, we research the whole process of the project schedule and control systemin-depth and get the key point to confirm the users needs, overall design, softwaredevelopment and test on every stage of this project; and use method of Gantt chart and Sdiagram of curve to analyze the error of system and control the project schedule efficiently.Finally, by taking some assurance measures of the project, such as improving managementmethod, strengthening the comprehensive test, quantitative analysis, ensure the smoothdevelopment of HT profession education information administrative system.
