With the rapid increase in China’s economic development and various types of private enterprises, the bank’s business volume especially personal bank business increased significantly, domestic banks are building and Research on the customer relationship management system more attention. For a long time, no matter is the bank management or business personnel and so will the customer management work is mainly in three aspects of information management, organization and training, the majority did not think of to implement customer relationship management system with professional technology and scientific management. In order to improve the informatization construction of banking, in order to adopt a more efficient way of managing the information of the customer, in order to ensure the work inside the bank efficiency, this paper designed to achieve the bank customer relationship management system using advanced programming language and database technology.In a modern bank daily transactions, often encounter a large amount of data of customer information and market information. If the previous management mode, not only to spend a lot of manpower, material resources, and efficiency is not high, also often appear all sorts of errors, resulting in some loss. So if the control program of customer relationship management system of a modern, automated to realize information management, will greatly reduce the workload of business, will also improve work efficiency. Especially the system has friendly interface, simple operation, quick database system reasonably, it will greatly promote the modernization of the bank.According to the information management system development process, according to the system proposed by the functional and non functional requirements, technology into software applications and database technology to customer relationship management system, design and implementation of the bank customer relationship management information system with perfect function. The development of this system mainly uses the Myeclips6+Tomcat+Oracle implementation. This paper first introduces the system development background and research situation at home and abroad, introduces the system development process, the system needs analysis, database design, each module design are analyzed and discussed in detail, and finally focuses on the realization of the interface and related code of main function module of the system, and the problems and deficiencies existing system is summarized.
