The design and establishment of crankshaft production line is a kind of high-riskand complex technology with large investment. Based on discrete system simulationtheory and method, through the establishment of the digital model of crankshaftproduction line and simulation of the crankshaft production process, the productionlogistics process of crankshaft can be simulated, the feasibility and effectiveness ofthe designed crankshaft production line and the rationality of the line facilitiesplanning and layout can be verified, so that we can not only avoid various risks oftechnologies during the period of establishing crankshaft production line, but alsoanalyze the performance of crankshaft production line in the original schedulingpolicy, so as to choose the better scheduling scheme.The present paper is funded by the projects of Automotive Crankshaft Pr ocessingof Flexible, Agile, Efficient, Precise, Automated Production Line DemonstrationProject(2011ZX04015-041) Based on Superior CNC Machine and BasicManufacturing Equipment. Based on the survey data of crankshaft factory and thedesign plan of the crankshaft production line, the soft Plant Simulation is used tomodel and simulate. The simulation analyzes the state and effectiveness of theproduction line. And the impact of effectiveness based on processing and logisticsparameters on production efficiency is analyzed. Then the bottlenecks of Crankshaftproduction line are analyzed, and the problems of production line bottlenecks causedby scheduling policy issues are optimized. The production line layout is optimizedbased on genetic algorithm. Finally, the optimized production line scheduling schemeand layout scheme are verified. End CNC machine tools and basic manufacturingequipment.The main researches and achievements are as follows:1. Based on the design plan of crankshaft production line, the produ ction schedulingstrategies and the survey data of crankshaft factory, apply Plant Simulationsoftware to model the crankshaft production line.2. Based on the simulation model of crankshaft production line, the productionefficiency, the bottlenecks of the production line, and the work state of themachine are analyzed, the performance of the line is verified so as to provide thebasis to improve and optimize the crankshaft production line. 3. Based on the simulation model of the crankshaft production line, the schedulingstrategy and production line layout are improved, production schedulingoptimization strategy is developed and the performance of the optimizedcrankshaft production line is verified. Based on genetic algorithms, in accordancewith the principle of minimum total amount of workshop logistics, the crankshaftproduction line layout is improved and the effectiveness of the optimized layoutscheme is verified. |
