With the development of reform and market economy of our county,the application of plastics in the electronic products,construction,home appliances and other aspects are more and more popular,which increase the engineering plastics market.However,the injection molding enterprises facing the severe macro-environment,such as market competition,inflation,rising raw material prices and labor costs.In order to reduce the operating costs,especially the inventory costs,some injection molding enterprises turn to focus on lean production.Therefore,it's important for enterprises to take planning and control as the core component of lean production,which also is important in optimizing human resource and equipment resource.The optimization of the workshop production planning and control by the appropriate method can help the enterprise achieve lean management of the workshop,reduce the costs and improve the competitiveness,so as to solve the production bottleneck problem.Therefore,it's an urgent problem to be solved that how to optimize the production planning and control,improve the efficiency of enterprise equipment,reduce operating costs.By taking F company's injection molding workshop as the main research object,collecting data and analyzing the recent status of production planning and control,the model was established.Take F company's order requirements of injection production as example,the genetic algorithm and MATLAB software were used to solve the problem.Then,the artificial scheduling table was compared in order to verify the rationality of model and algorithm.Finally,F company's operation and management costs can be reduced and the efficiency be improved.First,the knowledge of injection molding,production and processing processes and F company's production planning management were introduced,and then analyzing the problem of planning management.For example,the unreasonable aspects in the machine scheduling production,low efficiency and time consuming.Secondly,an optimization model of shop scheduling(the objective function of minimum advance/delay penalty)was set up for F injection molding shop scheduling problem.At the same time,the design method of model solving based on improved genetic algorithm was proposed.Finally,take F company's production order as example,the algorithm was solved and analyzed.Compared with the artificial production schedule table,the model is verified.Through the above optimization of the injection molding shop scheduling research,it provides an important reference value for injection molding industry and the project.
