As an important part of the global economic development,the PCB industry is developing rapidly at a steady rate of growth.At present,due to the inconsistency of the PCB production equipment communication standards in China,the lack of fusion of production workshop information,and the high customization of PCB orders,PCB manufacturing process is still labor-intensive,the operation of equipment and the transportation of materials are all done manually.As the requirements of national environmental protection laws are stricter,and labor cost increases,such factors have brought great challenges to the development of the PCB manufacturing industry.In order to adapt to the development of the times,reduce labor costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,the automatic and intelligent transformation of the PCB workshop is imperative.This paper mainly studies the related technologies of logistics automation in PCB production workshops.First,according to the characteristics of PCB manufacturing process and the status of workshop,the principle of workshop transformation is summarized,and the overall plan of workshop reformation is designed.Second,in order to unify industry standards,this paper takes transforming the double panel general production workshop as an example.According to reformation plan,focus on logistics and transportation automation,the three aspects of material docking with AGV,material docking with processing equipment and AGV scheduling management system are researched.First,in terms of logistics docking,according to the PCB production and processing characteristics,this paper design a dedicated transport AGV and turnover vehicle,and achieve material docking with AGV.By analyzing the situation of PCB production workshop processing equipment and material distribution,the loading and unloading of PCB workshop processing equipment are divided into two categories,and the corresponding loading and unloading plans are designed.Second,in terms of AGV scheduling management system,the scheduling mathematical modeling is established for the urgent and common two priority task,and the topological modeling method is chosen to establish workshop map.For the single AGV path planning problem,Floyd algorithm is eventually chosen to solve it by comparing and analyzing the theory and advantages and disadvantages of the A*,Dijkstra,and Floyd algorithms.For the multi-AGV task scheduling problem,an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve it,and the validity and effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm is validated by using simulation software Matlab.For the multi-AGV scheduling conflict problem,this article proposes a time window and directed graph solution.In the end,in terms of the AGV scheduling management system,software development is performed by using Visual C# language and SQL Server 2008 database based on the characteristics of PCB production and algorithm,and major functional modules such as communication,monitoring,path planning,and management are achieved,and corresponding functional effects are validated.
