With the continuous progress of technology,competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Small enterprises have sprung up all over the country like mushrooms after a rain,and medium-sized and large enterprises are gradually attacking the larger low-end market with high-quality and affordable products.This requires enterprises to try to reduce costs and lower their own prices to compete,and workshop scheduling is the most important part of enterprise production management.Reasonable workshop scheduling can make the production process smoother,avoid waiting time and idleness on the production line,and improve production efficiency.Meanwhile,workshop scheduling can help enterprises effectively reduce costs without affecting quality and delivery time.By optimizing production processes,reduce production costs,labor costs,and inventory costs.So more and more enterprises and scholars are focusing on workshop scheduling.Theoretical and time camera research methods are used to study the production line of M Company,a large-scale multi product company.The main research content is to improve the production line balance rate of a single production line,improve the production line balance and scheduling problem of a single production line with multiple products,and improve the production line balance and scheduling problem of multiple production lines with multiple products.Firstly,based on the company’s workshop layout,the number of machines on the production line,and the product process route,the bottleneck constraint theory was used to establish a balanced improvement approach for a single assembly line;Then the priority order of single assembly line operation for the tail spoiler was clarified,and the target rhythm and bottleneck workstation were determined;Afterwards,a mathematical model of a single assembly line was constructed,and Matlab software was used to determine the division of operational elements for each process under the minimum workstation,achieving an improvement in the balance of the production line for each product.Secondly,in response to the scheduling problem of multi product mixed production lines on a single production line,quantitative analysis is conducted on the product characteristics and process flow processed on the single production line.Scientific measurement methods are used to accurately measure the production line operation time before balancing,and the operation measurement results are analyzed.Based on the balance rate level before balancing the single production line,the problems in the multi product mixed production line on a single production line are proposed.Then establish a nonlinear regression model for the production line and solve for a new balance and scheduling plan.Reassign the production line’s operations and personnel,and compare the evaluation indicators of the production line before and after improvement.Once again,the characteristics of M Company’s two production lines were clarified,and parallel machines were found for cross production line scheduling based on the same processes of different products on the two production lines.Based on this,rules for cross production line scheduling were proposed;A multi-objective programming model is established for the three objectives of production line balance rate,minimum completion time of products,and machine utilization rate of these two production lines.Then,a genetic algorithm based on Pareto multiobjective optimization is used for optimization,and the convergence speed and accuracy of the genetic algorithm are improved by introducing nonlinear dynamic parameters.Finally,a multi-objective hybrid flow shop scheduling system was developed through mixed programming of MATLAB and C#,utilizing the powerful computing power of MATLAB and the excellent human-machine interaction of C#;The system includes a production line balance module for single production line and single product,a production line balance and scheduling module for single production line and multiple products,and a production line balance and scheduling module for multiple production lines and multiple products.The comparison of the system’s production line balance and scheduling results with the company’s actual production results verifies the practical application of the above production line balance and scheduling model and the genetic algorithm based on Pareto multiobjective optimization.
