Production scheduling is an important ingredient in the makingsystem, and is one of hot spots which many scholars study at present. Afine scheduling strategy is capable of reducing the production cost,enhancing the efficiency of production system, and strengthening thecompetitive power of enterprise. Combined with the producingtechnological process of the electrophoresis flexible production system,the thesis develops the simulation system using Lab Windows/CVI. it issignificant for actual producting to optimize the system schedulingmethod through simulation.The thesis analyses the craftr-trough distribution and the mobile cranes'characteristic firstly, compares the production system with hybrid flowshop scheduling problem and sets up the mathematical model which isthe transportable, waiting and parallel production line. Because of theimportance of workpieces scheduling in the first stage of parallelproduction line, it arranges workpieces to minimize the task makespan,respectively using the precedence rules and the genetic algorithm basedon matrix coding. Then we research the cranes' scheduling, put forwardthe transportation pattern which cranes move in different region. Thepriority table is designed by which takes some characteristic parametersinto account synthetically and gets the task priority, to realize thedynamic scheduling of mobile cranes. And genetic algorithm based oncombinational rules is presented to optimize the mobile cranes'scheduling, using its strong searching capability.Finally, we develop the simulation system and analyse the experimentresults. According to the process time of workpieces and the time ofmobile crane moving, ascending and descending, the appropriatesimulation system time is calculated to ensure the availability ofsimulation results.The workpieces information is transferred by thesyntagma, and the increase and deletion of task queue is realized by staticchain table.Combined with many simulation examples, we analyzesimulation results and obtain the appropriate scheduling method of electrophoresis production line. The simulation results show that thesemethods surpass other scheduling on task makespan and the averageusing ratio of mobile cranes.
