No matter for the manufacturing enterprises or the third party logistics anddistribution center, goods warehouse storage which is the important content of the saleslink, plays a very important role. Because of the" passive, discontinuity, imbalance" ofthe traditional warehouse management, it can not meet the needs of the development ofcontemporary economic, modern logistics warehouse management heads toward a newhigher requirements. large quantities, breed is little, turnover is slow, small quantities,varieties, quick turnaround), automated warehouse operation arises. Therefore, researchon the efficient, section endowment of the automated warehouse is of great significance.Considering the problems of traditional warehouse management, this paper startswith the analysis and research of domestic and international the current situation ofautomatic warehouse and the future development trends, based on being familiar withand reviewing the principle of the warehousing process and storage. PC managementwith sharing principle, stacker in the distribution of goods with gravity principle;meanwhile, warehousing accords to the first-in-first-out principle for storage.PCmanages system for optimization and implementation, making the safety and efficiencyof system operation to achieve compromise, and improving the operation efficiency.On the determined storage principle,the structure of hardware and relationaldesign of stacking machine are particularly important. The key hardware systemconsists of host computer, PLC, inverter, industrial machines, this paper expands andintroduces the main uses of these, and introduces the way of hardware mutualconnections, the tytle of hardware equipment, parameter setting and so on, and givesthe detailed design of stacker and cart position authentication method.The system is constructed by three roadways, three stackers, three storageunits,and computer management system. For the storage control (manual control,automatic control, automatic switching, alarm) and stacker control flow (addressauthentication, system initialization, the manual control mode, the automatic controlmode, repair mode, reset module),it designs in detail, and gives the key code in PLC.Finally, in the Visual Basic environment realize PC monitoring program, through the displaying dynamic picture effective, it reflects the host computer system a goodinteractive capability, but also reflects the effectiveness of overall design of this paper.
