Nowadays,with the continuous expansion of production scale,production and warehouse logistics become an indispensable part of the system.Modern production requirements with minimal footprint and optimal space utilization to enterprise storage and logistics.In this case,the use of computer-based control technology warehouse automation increasingly important.The subject for a pharmaceutical company’s new automated warehouse project,studied design control system,automatic control,and its partially optimized.The main contents include:1.For a pharmaceutical company’s new warehouse project,a needs analysis,system design.2.The combination of overall system design and specific functional requirements,begin to control the system’s hardware design.Describes the entire warehouse control systems,and major hardware subsystems composed,elaborated and connected to the main components of the selection system.3.devoted to the optimization of warehouse storage for cargo.Slotting Optimization of proposed steps;genetic algorithm,the Slotting Optimization objective function gives the solution process algorithm.4.Start the control software design of the system,the role of PLC setting for each port is given each I/O port is an electrical block diagram.The proposed system design flow function,depending on the function,given the appropriate PLC ladder.5.Start the test system,the results of the analysis,the final summary.
