Based On GIS Integrated Meteorological Observation System Design And Implementation

In order to facilitate better use of user data sharing platform, network technology and spatial information integration, published on Web spatial data has become the inevitable trend of the development of GIS technology, through the establishment of a visualization of the working environment, the user can conveniently and visually information query and search operations, GIS technology has become a meteorological warning decision making analysis of important direction and field.In this paper, comprehensive weather observation service function on the basis of the analysis, to the development of language JAVA, SuperMap, ORACLE geographic information platform for database management platform based on GIS, the development of integrated meteorological observation system of information of business, the main content is as follows:First, analysis of the current comprehensive weather observation service information system platform construction situation, and based on the GIS meteorological information system overall structural design and the functional module design.Second, according to various types of meteorological information data characteristics, study all kinds of data in the system management, processing and expression methods, rational design of system database.Third, realize the system based management, GIS management and application functions, according to the characteristic of meteorological data, establishing knowledge base, put forward multivariate linear intelligent early warning decision analysis method, help the staff to accurately analysis the meteorological elements, for the user and the leader of the meteorological decision-making provide scientific references.
